I had fun once again as we raced for the third week in a row at Land of Legends Raceway in Canandaigua. The CRSA Sprints joined us with a tour race and it was a darned good time. I worked the pits and victory lane again as it is so much fun.
Matt Sheppard was the big story as he won his tenth Modified feature race in a row coming from 15th to the lead in just 12 laps. He ran the bottom to perfection and was a rocket running right next to the infield tire as he entered the front stretch. Billy Dunn worked his way up to second late and seemed to run similar lap times but could not get closer tah a half a straightaway before Shepped lengthened his lead in the closing laps.
I have his interview as well as all the winners in the heatsm features and b's. I did get some in the can as well so look for more from Canandaigua later this week. I'll be in the studio today and already have a long list of folks to call. So for all you winners and anyone with a story to tell be sure to send me a message to kake sure I don't miss you.
Don't forget the World of Outlaws invade Weedsport Speedway today with the big block Modifieds also on the card. There is going to be a window to get some racing in and who knows what could happen as thw weather on hot days is unpredictable to say the least. I hope you guys enjoy them as the Pa. Posse has won 2 of 3 this time in the northeast.
Have a great Sunday and remember to be happy and humble as nobody knows what tomorrow may bring so enjoy today!

| New on the Audio Page for today:
Ryan Jordan talks about his Modified win at Thunder Mountain and the pass he made with 5 to go.
James Sweeting tells me how week one at Canandagiua why he was holding on in the final laps.
I had a very busy day on Friday as I was finally able to do some much needed yeard work. It was still pretty wet out there and if I didn't get it done on Friday it was going to be pretty tall by Monday.
I'll be back at Canandaigua today and yes, the roundabout it open again which is good news for those of us who arrive by the thruway. Allie will join me next week but she is still getting better after missing four days of school so she won't be going anywhere this weekend.
And I had a meeting with a long time friend about a blog we are going to do starting next week. The project is a go although there are some specifics that still need to be worked out including a title for the show. Most of the good ones are already taken so this is not as easy as it sounds. But this man has great connections in the broadcast world and races himself so it will be good, you can count on that. Again...more to come on this.
Have a great Saturday guys and gals and we'll see you back here tomorrow with more. Support your favorite Saturday night track tonight and have fun!

I will be back in the studio today and hoping that the weather they have predicted for tomorrow won't get here or won't be as bad as they are saying as there are still some Friday tracks who have not run yet and others who need to get the gates open again. We wish you all the best and hopefully we can see some racing tomorrow.
I hope you all are ready and having a great week. I have some software stuff to deal with today and will be back again with more good stuff as we get ready for the weekend.

It was yet another crappy day as a storm made it’s way up the east coast soaking us yet again. I stayed warm and dry inside the studio and got a crap load of work done. Not sure about the Tuesday show tonight at Albany Saratoga or Wednesday at Utica Rome so I am gonna keep loading up here in the studio with the people I hope you wanna hear from.
I’ve got a bunch of stuff in the can just in case as nothing is a given this week except rain and cold. Saturday looks good so that’s a plus but boy do we need some help on Friday and Sunday. C’mon Mother Nature, this is getting old.

It’s hard to believe isn’t it? Another rainy Sunday yet again cancelled all the action that was set to be run.
