Rich Townsend has yet to finish out of the top ten and talked about the great deal he got on a suit.
What a great weekend it was. I had a blast taking in two shows and getting in a round of golf on Sunday. I still haven't been able to practice yet so we are all over the place but a bad day at golf is still better than a lot of other days.
I have four nice ones up for you today and one is a nice long one that I did as the driers met the fans at Brewerton Speedway's Autograph Session on Friday night. I've seen the numbers and I know you guys like these long ones so here ya go.
I'll be back in the studio as I never seem to have much luck on Sundays so I have found Monday to be the better day. So be sure to come back tomorrow as we have stuff in the can and some suggestions to go off of as well. I hope you come back tomorrow as we get ready for Allie to hopefully hit the track four times in five days. Jump in with both feet right?
Now let's chat more about what's on the Audio Page starting with one that you can hit play on and then sit back and relax for a while. Hear from a bunch of Brewerton Speedway regulars in the Modified and Sportsman divisions as they chat with me and meet fans on the frontstretch during the first Autograph Night of 2019. I know alot of you like these long clips with multiple drivers so enjoy this one too!
Eric Williams tells me how he is doing at Land of Legends after moving from Sportsman to Modified, described a problem he had in his last start and wonders what might be the best way to keep cars out of the infield in the corners.
Jimmy Spano explains how he used the low side of Brewerton to earn his first Sportsman win of 2019, how good he felt he was as soon as he took the green from 12th place and explained why he was not sure if he had won his last race after a few lean years.
Rich Townsend has yet to finish out of the top ten and talked about the great deal he got on a suit before the season started as well as the need to find a cure for a nagging tight condition on his Sportsman.

Derrick Podsiadlo explained what he learned his heat win and why the heat race track was different.
Adam Roberts talked about how a good starting spot helped in his win and what he saw on the track.
A.J. Lloyd led every lap to win the Sportsman consi and told me why he stayed down on the inside.
Adam DePuy won his fifth Street Stock feature in a row and told me what made this win a bit different.
Alysha Baye survived a wild last few laps and talked about racing with her dad through slower traffic.
Nick Guererri won his first feature race in two years and talked about how he let one slip away earlier.
Erick Rudolph won his 2nd Modified feature of the weekend and talked about be as good as needed.
Wesley Hayes won the B- Feature and told me why his Sportsman came to a stop with after the victory.
It was another summer like day on Saturday and summer like race conditions greeted the cars and fans at Land of Legends. There were rainout makeup races on the card and only six heat races as most of the pre-feature program from the previous week wes complete before the weather got to us.
They started out with a rainout Sportsman feature but the sun and wind were too much and the cars were sent back to the pit area after a few dusty laps and a yellow flag. The water brigaide came out and we even did a live video for the fans following one of the water trucks and explaining what was going on with the racetrack. I drove the four wheeler and cameraman Mike shot from the seat behind me. It was cool. Hope it looked that way to the fans. And you guys wonder why I came out of announcer retirement for Canandaigua...wonder no more.
All the winners are on the site today and we did get to can seven interviews beforehand as I tried to get to some racers I had not spoken to yet. There are still a few and we hope to get to all of them soon.
I'll be off today to get in a round of golf. It will only be the second time this year and with all the driving ranges closed last week we'll be going out again with no practice. Watch out trees! I'm coing for ya. I hope you all have a reat Sunday no matter what you choose to do and be thankful to be alive and respecful of those around you. Be fun to be around. See ya tomorrow.

| New on the Audio Page from Brewerton Speedway:

Rob Bellinger won his 5th career Modified race at Brewerton and talked about how close it was late.
Tim Sears Jr. came from 12th to 3rd and talked about falling back early before coming back forward.
Matt Hulsizer picked uo six spots to finish fourth and talked about how the early laps hurt his chances.
Chris Hile looked over front end damage to his nose and wondered what he hit out on the racetrack.
It was a fun night at Brewerton Speedway as a regular show with Autograph Night was on the card. It was a beautiful day in Brewerton and I made it all night without my hoodie. I could have used it at the end but I was okay and did not need to take the run to the car to get it.
The heat races were full of passes for the lead and only one of the top ten starters finished in the top five when the checkered flag waved. It was a little dusty and there were a few holes in the turns but the racing was excellent. Rob Bellinger picked up Modified win number five at Brewerton and did so by getting by early leader Joe August on lap 22. There was only one caution so you had to pay attention in this one. Larry Wight caught Bellinger late but could do no more than poke a nose underneath as the top was the fast groove late in the race and that was that.
I did leave early as Friday was my wife's birthday and I did want to spend some time her. She gets up at 5 in the morning so getting her to stay up meant that I needed to be home early. I'm sorry for those of you in the Sportsman and Four Cylinder features and I will try to reach out to you this week and get you on.
I'll be at Land of Legends Raceway tonight as we have some rainout out makeup action and I'll be on the glf course on Sunday to enjoy some calm and quiet. I did can a lot of stuff tonight including a long one I did during the autograph session that I know you will like. We'll have Canandaigua stuff up tomorrow and then be back in the studio on Monday. It's gonna be a fun weekend and even more fun next weekend. I'll have more on that later.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Race safe, race fast and have fun!
