Billy Decker talked about the Orange County Fair Speedway as he was getting ready to compete in a Super DIRT Car Series event and described the two totally different finishes he usually gets. He also told me how tough the home town boys can be; how important it is to get your night off to a good start and offered his thoughts on one competitor in particular who has been doing well in Middletown.
