Jerry Higbie told me how well things have been going for him overall at Orange County Fair Speedway this year and talked about some tough luck he has had over the last two weeks. He also spoke about the new motor he had in the car, the recent practice session he participated in and how much better the weekly track conditions have been at Middletown.
