Jimmy Phelps talked about his Super DIRTCar Series win Monday night at the Merrittville Speedway in Ontario, Canada. He told me about his battle up front with Justin Haers in the early stages of the race, compared where he is now to where he was at this time last year and recaps his races from the weekend as well.
