New on the Audio Page for today:
Kyle Rohner talks about his win at Five Mile Point on Saturday that was worth a cool $3,000.
Steve Ovens tells me how he first met Gary Montgomery and how Gary helped his career.
It was another nice day on Sunday although a little too cold to dig out the old golf clubs. So instead I watched some football, waited out the rain delay in Texas and did some interviews in the studio.
Half of those chats are up today and the other half will be tomorrow as I try to stay one day ahead so I can have a day off on Tuesday. And tomorrow we’ll meet the STARS Sportsman champion and find out about what Stephane Lafrance will be bringing to the Parts Peddler show in two weeks. And yes, he has a couple of surprises as well as his popular scratch and dent items which always go fast.
If you are planning to go to Part Peddler as a vendor or as a purchaser or just to walk around then send me a message and we’ll do what we can to pump up this show as it is a must attend for racer types and educated fans as well.
Now let’s chat more about what we have for you today on the Audio Page starting with a victorious driver from the weekend. Kyle Rohner talks about his win at Five Mile Point on Saturday that was worth a cool $3,000, how that money will help this off season and how happy he was to win eight feature races total.
Steve Ovens tells me how he first met Gary Montgomery and how Gary helped his career. Steve will be giving the eulogy, as Gary wanted, at the service this Saturday at 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian in Penn Yan at 211 Main Street. Rest in peace Gary and enjoy heaven!
