(17:35) Tony Bruce Jr. tells me about his win at the Short Track Nationals in Little Rock , Arkansas this past Saturday night and how nice it felt to win after missing the show every other time he attempted to qualify. He also ran down his Thursday night races that got him into the show, explained why he did not race with the World of Outlaws and what he did to keep his points while he was racing hundreds of miles away. Nice chat!

(11:00) Tony Bruce Jr. spoke about his win in the 35th Annual Spring Nationals on Friday night at Devil's Bowl Speedway in Mesquite, Texas. He told me how fast he was right out of the box, how his younger sister's luck in the draw helped on both days and how close he came to leading every lap of the weekend at this event. Yes, he did finish second on Saturday and ended up leading 44 of the 45 A-main laps. Not bad at all huh?

(17:29) Tony Bruce Jr. is beginning his second season with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series and talked to me about his performance in their first three races of the year at Volusia Speedway in Florida. He remembered a scary incident when his car broke while leading and went off the track at well over a hundred miles and hour as well as the five races he ran before that which began with a two day show at North Florida. He also chatted about the pressure of qualifying, the upcoming racetracks he will tow to and his plans to race at both Williams Grove and Lincoln Speedway in Pennsylvania in a few weeks.

(19:26) Tony Bruce Jr. tells me how he passed nineteen cars Saturday night to finish fourth in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series race from I-55 Raceway in Pevely, Missouri. He explained what he did to run the bottom and how much fun it is to race in front of a nationwide TV audience on ESPN2. He also recapped his racing career including his days in a go-cart, a 125 micro sprint and eventually a 360 Sprint Car with the ASCS.
